Stripping unit: 1, The quick-setting way of die is adopted; operator can finish the
setting from exterior without entering the machine. 2, Male and female die can be inserted into the machine from
operation side to shorten the setup time and for higher safety. 3, Upper and lower frames make the dies succeed in performance.
Male and female dies can move up-an-down,making stripping more
completely. 4, A plastic film is set between die-cutting section and lower
frame for stopping paper swerve. It can be adjusted by moving
handcrank according to the size on the dies operation direction. |

Lead edge feeding unit
The front plate can be adjusted up and down according to different
paper thickness.Equipped with high pressure
blower,air volume separate frequency control.New up graded lead
edge feeder, more accurate and positive feeding,
greatly increasing the paper adaptability.
Die cutting unit
Crankshaft connecting rod type high precision plane movable
die-cutting table.High stability upper platen fixed die-cutting
table.High quality precision worm gear and the synchronous belt
perfect combination of transmission, smooth and durable.
High torque pneumatic clutch/break.Famous brand multi cam
intermittent transmission mechanism, improve machine life.
High quality torque clutch protects INDEX from injury.Bevel
pressure trimming device, the overall adjustment pressure range
is ±1.5mm.High quality, imported pre-stretched gripper bar driving
chain.Ensure the accuracy of the machine.
Delivery unit
The way of taking up Paper lifting Table with Roller bracket
prevents the cardboard surface from being scratched during the
paper delivery process. The whole stacking paper or counting belt
output is convenient and quick. The adjustable spring chain buffers
the driven wheel after tightening, which greatly reduces the
inertial impact of the gripper row steering and maintains the
equilibrium tension of the chain.
