The flat and die cutting mechanism of the flat die cutting machine
is flat, and the vertical flat die cutting machine is vertical when
the plane of the pressboard and the pressboard is vertical. When
the die cutting machine is working, the press plate presses through
the press to the plate. The different trajectory of press plate can
be divided into two types: one is that the press plate is swinging
around the fixed hinge, so in the moment of the beginning of the
die press, there is a certain angle between the plate working face
and the template surface, which makes the die cut earlier cut into
the lower part of the cardboard, which will easily cause the
overpressure in the lower part of the mold plate and the upper part
not completely cut through. In addition, the force of die cutting
will cause lateral displacement of cardboard. When the die cutting
machine is working, the press plate is driven by the connecting
rod, and the cylindrical roller is used as the fulcrum, and it
swings on the flat guide rail of the machine seat. When the working
face of the press plate is transferred from the tilt to the
parallel position of the press plate, the plate is pressed parallel
to the die cutting plate in parallel way.
