line. It includes feeding unit, printing unit, slotting/die-cutting
machine(customized), automatic gluer inline, automatic strapping
inline.
2. Wall body thickness 40mm, material HT250, after second quenching
finished by CNC lather, with high strength and precision
3. Transmission gear is helical gear with low noise and high
precision, treated with high frequency heating and grinded.

Slotting unit (Computer adjustment)
1. It is equipped with PLC programmable control to synchronize the
axial movement of the left and right synchronous transport, so
that the upper and lower creasing wheel, upper and lower slotter
knife, synchronous adjustment, adjust the box height by
electrical, and with memory storage function.
2. Adjust the knife by computer automatically and correction
automatically.
3. Groove interval, box height, PLC and rotary encoder control,
automatic adjustment. you can setting the paperboard size on the
touch screen, Automatic change order.
4. With touch screen, automatically detect and adjust through the
PLC and rotary encoder, and call up the storage menu. The automatic
alignment is fast and efficient.
5. Two sets pre-creasing wheel,and one set main creasing wheel, for
avoid the paperboard damage when slotting.
Rotary die cutting unit (Computer adjustment)
1. When the paper is stopped, the soft roll automatically rises to
reduce the wear of the soft roller.
2. The gap between the knife mould roller and the rubber padding
roller is adjusted by electric power, and the parameters can be
set,and the adjustment data can be displayed.
