Automatic gluing stitching machine is new designed multi-function machine. It can do folding,

gluing and stitching one time to make standard RSC corrugated cartons.

	Feeding section 1. Vacuum suction feeding to feed warping paperboard easily. 2. Quality electromagnetic clutch and brake adopted, feeding section is controlled independent, operation easily. 3. Scorer wheel adjustable, suit for 2-8mm thick paperboard.
Gluing and Folding section The folding characteristics is mounted with creasing wheel,carries on second time of creasing.This makes the folding of the carton more beautiful.This machine before stitching box in the folded part have a shaping device,folding the carton before stitching,ensure there is no scissors difference.
	Stitching unit 1. Double imported servo drive high precision,reduce the mechanical transmission part, and reduce the mechanical failure rate. 2. Stitching department adopt the touch screen operation. Parameter (stitching distance, number, species and back baffle) could change expediently. 3. Control system adopts Delta PLC control system.
Counter and stacker section: 1. Stacking and counting are simple and reliable. 2. Digital control, operation easily and reliable, No-stop put in data and automatic counting. 3. With rectification function. 4. Paperboard counting and put out by pneumatic, stable and quickly.

Adopts moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging which is suitable for long-distance road

transportation and various types of weather conditions. A full set of maintenance and operation
